Shipping and Production Times

Production times are typically between 2-5 business days and shipping times are between 2-5 business days, depending on the product. Customers will receive an initial email confirming their order, and another shipping notification as soon as the order has been shipped. Please note, if you order multiple types of products (eg a hoodie and a journal), the items in your order might be shipped separately and you will receive a separate shipping notification for each item. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 7 days of placing your order, please first check your spam folder and search for "Golden Life Ventures." If you still haven't received it, please email us at lgreen@goldenlifeventures.com.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and no refunds are accepted. Size exchanges can be honored and significantly factory defective or damaged items can be exchanged within 7 days from which the shipment is received. We require that customers notify lgreen@goldenlifeventures.com if there are any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.
